All transactions are securely handled through Paypal, where you will be able to pay via Credit Card or a new or existing Paypal account. If you would like to order larger multiples than offered here, please contact us via email.

Postage and Shipping

Please note that all orders will have an additional postage & handling fee which will vary depending on the amount of products you order - see details under shipping below.

Orders under $30 USD will attract a postage and handling charge of $6.50 USD.

Orders in excess of this will scale upwards. These costs will be shown in the Paypal payment details. You may cancel your order any time prior to committing final acceptance in with Paypal.

Shipping times do vary, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If we are between production runs, we will endeavour to inform you here on the site, so you can make a decision prior to purchase.

Please make sure you enter a postal address for your delivery details.

Costs

We have an incremental flat rate for shipping, no matter where you are. These costs include postage, handling and wrapping of your products. All shipping costs are shown at the time you order with Paypal, and you can cancel at any time.

The incremental chart will give you a guide to our shipping costs payable at time of purchase.

$6.50 USD for orders with a total of up to $30.00 USD
$9.00 USD for orders with a total of between $30.01 and $50.00 USD
$12.00 USD for orders with a total of between $50.01 and $70.00 USD
$17.00 USD for orders with a total of between $70.01 and $200.00 USD
$21.00 USD for orders with a total of between $200.01 and $260.00 USD

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there another way to pay for my order?

All payment is through Paypal. This means you can make a payment through all major credit cards, or an existing Paypal account. You also have peace of mind knowing your privacy is secure.

My order is not here yet. How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually ship items on a Friday. International postage times do vary, but generally clients are reporting 5-10 days before receiving their goods. However we do state that it may take up to THREE WEEKS before you recieve your item. The reason for this is that ocassionally we will run out of stock and manufacuring may take some time to fill your order. If there is a delay we will endeavour to let you know via email.

Do you ship to my country?

We've shipped products internationally, to Japan, Germany, UK, USA and Australia, to name a few countries. If you think there may be a problem, email us before ordering, but in general, international orders are fine. I have some special shipping requirements, do you cater to this? Just drop us an email with your order and requirements and we will get back to you.

Can I swap a figure from one pack with another?

Unfortunately we cannot offer custom packs at this time. Our manufacturing are done as sets and it would be difficult for us to administer or keep track of.

Ive got a problem with my order - what can I do?

Whatever your problem is, we will sort it out. Take a moment to email us with the issue and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Not only is our reputation important, but we know that modeling should be fun. For all enquiries you best line of contact is via email - or on our contacts page.
